Questions & Answers

To make a request start by selecting the type of service you want, goods delivery, moving or junk removal. Then enter the pickup and dropoff addresses along with the pickup date and time. Next list your items, you have an option to add pictures as well. After adding your items you can navigate to the request summary page where you can specify the vehicle size and additional labour. Verify that everything is correct then send your request. Your request will be shared with carriers within your area, and you will start receiving bids.
You can pay using a credit/debit card or EFT.
You can cancel your request free of charge if it is still in bidding. If you want to cancel your request after the driver has been confirmed, you can contact Makhi support for help and refund - note that there will be a fee charged in this case.
You can reschedule a request that is still in bidding. Go to your open requests, tap on the request you want to reschedule, press "Reschedule" and set a new pickup date and time.
You will be notified when the driver starts delivery. Once the the delivery has been started, you can go to your open requests, tap on the request you want to track and then press “Track Delivery” to navigate to the delivery tracking page.
